The girls learn about a Jewish Woman in our History, we learn her story, what lessons we can learn from her and most importantly how we can apply it to our lives today. the girls explore, discover and discuss about what it means to become a Bat Mitzvah and what their responsibilities are as a Bat mitzvah girl.The girls then do an exciting craft that connects to the woman or topic they just learned about it.

Every girl learns the portion of the Torah that is connected to their bat mitzva birthday. They explore, research and connect to the specific sections in their portion that they are inspired by.

Many discussions and hands on activities delve into the meaning of becoming bat mitzva, the beauty of a jewish woman and girl inside and out, the true meaning of self esteem, relating to peers and the like.
